My biggest takeaway from the semester is that there is no “right way” to use informational technology in the school library. There are so many options and resources available that fit a myriad of situations. K nowing the audience and understanding the needs of the school community were prevalent themes throughout the semester . These are some things we will need to consider: What age will we work with ? What is the makeup of our community? What is our budget? What teacher collaborators are available? What resources are already there? What time is available for implementation? This class is important in that respect because most of us do not yet know what our library situation will be.
